Responsibilities

1. Provides wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests and cocktail servers at assigned stations.
2. Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes.
3. Keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories necessary.
4. Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
5. Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests.
6. Maintains cleanliness of designated area.
7. Fills all non-alcoholic drinks for servers.
8. Opens and closes bar according to established procedures.
9. Balances cash drawer, credit charges, and servers’ food transactions, including tips.
10. Maintains confidentiality in all company matters.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum one (1) year of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Ability to follow departmental and property policies and procedures.
