Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-service restaurant management.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Experience with EcoSure preferred.
• Pass background and credit check.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, interviewing, coaching and counseling.
• Previous manager experience at full service operation.
• Experience managing at least 30 staff.
• Intermediate computer skills.
