High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 months sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to deliver a personalized customer experience and upsell products.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile to welcome them.
Deliver excellent customer service by identifying needs, guiding product selection, and promoting Scheels Visa.
Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales steps for an above-and-beyond experience.
Maintain a positive end-user experience based on the products purchased and provide product demonstrations as needed.
Support visual merchandising, restock inventory, and assist in freight processing as required.
Attend product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates when needed.
