• Basic math skills and ability to handle currency and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, guiding sales, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with price tagging, signage, and stickers.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with associates, vendors, and the Scheels Campus.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Ability to perform basic math and currency calculations; work varied hours.
