Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging customers, identifying needs, and guiding the sale.
• Grow personal sales by meeting set goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on the products purchased.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking.
