Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser for Golf, Camping, and Baseball categories at our Rochester location. You will unload freight, restock, price and display merchandise, and assist customers while following shop guides and display standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience; 40-hour weeks with some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting wage is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for display.
• Restock and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with loading purchased items.
• Follow Line Leader checklists and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with shop managers on moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain orderly appearance and cleanliness in stock areas.
• Work independently and with the team; show ownership in tasks.
• Be flexible to varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
