You’ll load and stock merchandise, assist customers, and support shop moves and displays. The role requires physical work, teamwork, and flexibility for varied hours.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. Safety, organization, and a customer‑first mindset are essential to succeed.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to sit, stand, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as part of merchandise handling.

Responsabilidades

• Unload freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for sale or back stock.
• Restock floor merchandise and move products to display areas.
• Assist customers and colleagues with loading purchased items.
• Follow shop priorities per Line Leader checklist and merch guides.
• Coordinate with shop managers on moves and mannequin setups.
• Maintain orderly store and back stock areas with general cleaning.
• Work independently or with the team; show attention to detail.
• Be flexible to varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
