Scheels is hiring a Merchandiser in Mankato, MN area to unload freight, restock shelves, and assist customers. This role requires strong merchandising sense, attention to detail, and teamwork. You may work varied hours including nights and weekends, with comprehensive benefits and ESOP opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a GED or high school diploma and 1-3 months of related experience or training, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment and support store teams.

Mansioni

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for display.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow the Line Leader checklist, walkthrough notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly appearance with cleaning and organization in store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and with the team; exercise judgment with tact at all levels.
• Be flexible to varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
