Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing knowledgeable information about products and assortment while upholding merchandising standards.
Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day plans and manage staffing, operations, and budgets.
Create schedules and lead direct reports to meet athlete traffic and business goals while ensuring payroll and compliance.
Build and lead a strong team, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coaching teammates; manage performance and development.
Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
