LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a Sport Manager, Rowing—Coastal Beach Sprints to lead operational planning for the rowing discipline at the 2028 Games. You will serve as the SME for Rowing Coastal Beach Sprints, coordinating with World Rowing and LA28 teams to shape venues, schedules, equipment and workforce for world-class competition.

You will lead the operational planning that delivers Rowing Coastal Beach Sprints at the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Sport Manager, Rowing, you serve as LA28's subject-matter expert for the discipline and the primary liaison with World Rowing. You shape the venues, schedules, equipment, and workforce that bring the discipline to life, coordinating across LA28's functional areas to deliver a world-class competition.
The plans and workforce you build let athletes compete in Rowing Coastal Beach Sprints at their best before a global audience, making LA28's competition genuinely world-class.
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000-$108,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
