i9 Sports - Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and families. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring quality instruction and fun during practices and games across age groups.

You will empower volunteer coaches, emphasize sportsmanship, and oversee game-day operations with a positive, customer-service oriented approach. This role requires weekend and some evening availability for the full season.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entailed hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities
