Job summary

i9 Sports - South Wake County, NC is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects of the program are delivered. You will observe, assess, and assist coaches across practices and games for all skill levels.

The role involves hands-on involvement, supervising game-day operations, and delivering consistent, fun, safe programming aligned with i9 Sports standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter with independence and problem solving.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings (~7 weeks).

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.
