Job Summary: The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. This includes building relationships with players, parents, and coaches, delivering instructional aspects, observing, assessing, and assisting coaches, and being involved in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
2. Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
3. Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
4. Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
3. Highly motivated self-starter; capable of working independently and solving problems.
4. Aware of safety protocols and able to take charge to ensure player safety.
5. Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
6. Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full season (7 weeks).
