Job Summary

The Sport Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sport Instructor is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

1. Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
2. Teach & demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
3. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms.
4. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
3. Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently.
4. Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full season, approximately 7 weeks).
