Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.

Observing, assessing, and assisting coaches is essential with hands-on involvement in practices and games across all groups and skill levels. The role also involves empowering volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions, teaching core

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge required.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude with ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings for full season (approx. 7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.
