i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a part-time Sports Coordinator in Pickerington, Ohio. This role focuses on enhancing the player and coach experience by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches, and ensuring instructional quality during practices and games.

You will empower volunteer coaches, teach the basics of sportsmanship, and supervise game-day operations across groups and skill levels, while maintaining a positive customer-service mindset throughout the season.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.
