Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator in Baytown, TX to enhance the youth sport experience by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches and delivering instructional quality. You will observe, assess, and assist coaches while hands-on with practices and games across all groups and skill levels for the season.

The role emphasizes empowering volunteer coaches, maintaining safety, and delivering fun in a team-based environment with weekends required for approximately seven weeks.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.
