Mattr is seeking a Spooling Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will set up, feed, spool, and cut materials per work orders, monitor equipment, and maintain quality. The role operates on a Continental 12-hour rotating shift with weekend inclusion in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates the spooling machine.
• Monitors and adjusts machine operation as needed.
• Feeds material to complete orders and reads work orders.
• Loads spools and inspects outputs for quality.
• Reports equipment issues to maintenance.
• Plan ahead for spooling schedule and daily orders.
• Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
• Provide training to new/junior employees on SOPs.
