Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a new manufacturing facility in Grove City, Ohio. The role involves operating a spooling machine to gather finished product, moving goods to the warehouse, and staging outbound shipments.

Shifts run 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates should have forklift experience, warehouse experience, basic math skills, and a strong attendance record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic math and measuring.
• Proven excellent attendance.
• Forklift experience.
• Desire to learn and cross train.

Responsibilities

• Operate spooling machine to gather finished product.
• Move product to warehouse and stage outgoing product for shipment.
• Schedule shipments and manage outbound process.
