CERTEX USA, LLC is seeking an experienced Spooler for our Hennessey, OK location. The role involves setting up, feeding, spooling, cutting, and installing wire rope assemblies per customer specs, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, log maintenance, material handling, and adherence to quality and safety guidelines; travel to sites and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read communications, work tickets, emails, memos, etc.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Maintain service trucks and trailers.
• Obtain/Maintain a commercial driver’s license.
• Maintain required logs.
• Install wire ropes on machines and produce rope assemblies as specified.
• Log hours and complete field service tickets.
• Interpret Fab Tickets, drawings, and blueprints.
• Set up, operate, and maintain wire rope production equipment.
• Verify labels/tags and capacity data.
• Record inventory and report variances.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Travel to various sites and work overtime as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent
