Job summary

CERTEX USA, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Fabricator to join our Jacksonville, FL team. You will fabricate, inspect, and assemble rope products to meet high-quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, calculating cut lengths, splicing wire rope, and operating swaging and testing equipment. Candidates should be comfortable with weights, overtime, and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy assembly or rope fabrication is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and capacity tables to determine fabrication steps.
• Calculate cut lengths and fitting requirements for rope and chain assemblies.
• Splice wire rope and fabricate chain slings.
• Operate swaging machines and proof testing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
• Assist with deliveries when needed.
