Trinidad Benham in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Full Time Packaging Operator to set up and run the line, ensure product quality, and maintain machine systems. The role requires performing quality checks, troubleshooting, and keeping the line clean and compliant with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified for the role with Level IV certification.
• Operates the spooler line and maintains efficiency of 90% or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check order sheet and ensure correct materials and specs.
• Load the core hopper and prepare initial thread-up of machine.
• Conduct hourly quality checks and monitor line for jams.
• Maintain cleanliness to GMP standards and remove waste.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report complex problems to maintenance.
• Perform roll prep, mandrel changes, and other line duties as needed.
