Holley Performance Brands in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a Sponsorships and Influencer Coordinator to drive the execution and optimization of our motorsport sponsorships, events, and creator partnerships.

In this role you will coordinate activations, manage product fulfilment, and collaborate with drivers, teams, and influencers to deliver compelling content, maximize ROI, and strengthen brand value across campaigns, events, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sponsorships, partnership marketing, or brand partnerships
• Proven track record of negotiating and activating sponsorships that deliver measurable brand and commercial outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen — able to evaluate opportunities based on brand fit, audience quality, and ROI
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, including experience managing contracts and partner expectations
• Experience working cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into broader marketing initiatives
• Experience within automotive, motorsport, or enthusiast-driven categories
• Deep understanding of the automotive performance landscape, including key events, series, athletes, and communities
• Experience operating within a multi-brand or division-based organization
• Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and content workflows
• Existing relationships within the motorsport or automotive performance ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with social media creators, race teams, drivers, and sanctioning bodies to support sponsorship activations.
• Serve as secondary contact for sponsored partners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Manage fulfilment and tracking of sponsored products, ensuring correct components on schedule.
• Collaborate with partners to secure high-quality content and assets meeting brand standards.
• Support relationship-building with teams and drivers to provide a positive partner experience.
• Utilize partnership tools to coordinate and track campaigns across partner activities.
• Support measurement and reporting of sponsorship performance through reach, engagement, ROI.
• Assist in building business cases by compiling performance insights and audience data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled and documented.
• Support contract execution and negotiations with organized records.
• Align activations with influencers and events for go-to-market initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends in social, motorsports, and automotive communities.
• Collaborate with drivers, teams, and influencers to deploy coordinated content.
• Integrate sponsorship assets into broader campaigns.
• Track and report performance of activations to improve programs.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and opportunities.
