Holley Performance Brands is the powerhouse behind some of the most iconic names in automotive performance. For over a century, we’ve fueled the passion of car and truck enthusiasts with innovative products, legendary brands, and a commitment to performance. From the racetrack to the street, we’re driven by a shared love for speed, power, and pushing what’s possible — and we bring that energy to life through the experiences, communities, and partnerships that connect our brands to enthusiasts everywhere.

About the Team

At Holley Performance Brands, our Sponsorship & Partnerships team connects our brands to the communities, events, and personalities that define automotive performance culture. We identify and activate high-impact partnerships — from motorsports and industry events to creators and athletes — that build brand credibility, deepen enthusiast connection, and drive measurable business results.

Working closely with Safety Division Marketing, Brand Experience, and Go-To-Market teams, we ensure sponsorships are not just visibility plays, but fully integrated brand and commercial drivers across campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Sponsorships and Influencer Coordinator to execute, and increase performance of our sponsorship program across motorsport, automotive events, and creator or athlete partnerships.

This role is based in the New Braunfels, TX office with travel as required for events.

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for sponsored partners and their representatives (including agents, managers, and team personnel), ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and alignment on deliverables.
  • Manage the fulfilment and tracking of sponsored products, ensuring partners receive the correct components on schedule and in accordance with partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with partners to secure high-quality content and assets (photos, videos, social posts, event coverage) that meet brand standards and can be leveraged across marketing channels.
  • Support relationship-building efforts with teams and drivers by providing responsive, professional communication and contributing to a positive partner experience.
Division Partnership Support & Governance
  • Utilize partnership management tools and platforms to coordinate and track sponsorship campaigns, ensuring accurate execution, organization, and visibility across all partner activities.
  • Support the measurement and reporting of sponsorship performance by collecting and analyzing data related to reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI), helping identify the key drivers of value for each partnership.
  • Assist in building business cases for current and prospective sponsorships by compiling performance insights, audience data, and market comparisons to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled, properly documented, and aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Support contract execution and partner negotiations by maintaining organized records, tracking deliverables, and contributing insights that help maximize partnership value and efficiency.
Activation & Go-To-Market Integration
  • Support the execution of sponsorship activations and go-to-market initiatives by aligning brand campaigns with key motorsports events, racing series, and partner programs.
  • Research and identify emerging trends across social media, motorsports, and automotive enthusiast communities, including up-and-coming influencers, racers, teams, and digital platforms to inform sponsorship and activation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sponsored drivers, teams, and influencers to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, assisting in the development and deployment of coordinated content and promotional efforts.
  • Help integrate sponsorship assets into broader marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, social, event, and partner channels.
  • Track and report on the performance of sponsorship activations and partner-driven campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve future programs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor sponsorships, and emerging opportunities within racing and enthusiast spaces to support strategic partnership decisions.
Asset Management & Content Enablement
  • Establish standards for capturing, organizing, and distributing sponsorship and influencer assets across the organization
  • Ensure partnership assets are properly stored, tagged, and accessible within DAM systems for cross-functional use
