At Holley Performance Brands, our Sponsorship & Partnerships team connects our brands to the communities, events, and personalities that define automotive performance culture. We identify and activate high-impact partnerships — from motorsports and industry events to creators and athletes — that build brand credibility, deepen enthusiast connection , and drive measurable business results.

Working closely with Safety Division Marketing, Brand Experience, and Go-To-Market teams, we ensure sponsorships are not just visibility plays, but fully integrated brand and commercial drivers across campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Sponsorships and Influencer Coordinator to execute, and increase performance of our sponsorship program across motorsport, automotive events, and creator or athlete partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with professional race teams, drivers, and sanctioning bodies to support sponsorship activations by fulfilling product requests in exchange for contracted content creation and branded asset delivery.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for sponsored partners and their representatives (including agents, managers, and team personnel), ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and alignment on deliverables.
  • Manage the fulfilment and tracking of sponsored products, ensuring partners receive the correct components on schedule and in accordance with partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with partners to secure high-quality content and assets (photos, videos, social posts, event coverage) that meet brand standards and can be leveraged across marketing channels.
  • Support relationship-building efforts with teams and drivers by providing responsive, professional communication and contributing to a positive partner experience.
Division Partnership Support & Governance
  • Utilize partnership management tools and platforms to coordinate and track sponsorship campaigns, ensuring accurate execution, organization, and visibility across all partner activities.
  • Support the measurement and reporting of sponsorship performance by collecting and analyzing data related to reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI), helping identify the key drivers of value for each partnership.
  • Assist in building business cases for current and prospective sponsorships by compiling performance insights, audience data, and market comparisons to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled, properly documented, and aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Support contract execution and partner negotiations by maintaining organized records, tracking deliverables, and contributing insights that help maximize partnership value and efficiency.
Activation & Go-To-Market Integration
  • Support the execution of sponsorship activations and go-to-market initiatives by aligning brand campaigns with key motorsports events, racing series, and partner programs.
  • Research and identify emerging trends across social media, motorsports, and automotive enthusiast communities, including up-and-coming influencers, racers, teams, and digital platforms to inform sponsorship and activation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sponsored drivers, teams, and influencers to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, assisting in the development and deployment of coordinated content and promotional efforts.
  • Help integrate sponsorship assets into broader marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, social, event, and partner channels.
  • Track and report on the performance of sponsorship activations and partner-driven campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve future programs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor sponsorships, and emerging opportunities within racing and enthusiast spaces to support strategic partnership decisions.
Asset Management & Content Enablement
  • Establish standards for capturing, organizing, and distributing sponsorship and influencer assets across the organization
  • Ensure partnership assets are properly stored, tagged, and accessible within DAM systems for cross-functional use
  • Partner with division teams and coordinators to drive consistent asset management practices
  • Support enterprise-level partnerships by ensuring high-value assets are captured and scaled across campaigns
Brand Representation & Industry Engagement
  • Represent Holley Performance Brands at sponsored events, race programs, and partner activations, ensuring a professional, consistent, and engaging brand presence that supports both company and partner objectives.
  • Serve as an on-site liaison for sponsored drivers, teams, and partners, assisting with coordination, asset visibility (decals, displays, product placement), and overall execution of sponsorship deliverables.
  • Travel regularly to attend events (approximately one per month) and support key Holley flagship events (e.g., LS Fest, Ford Fest), maintaining a flexible schedule to meet the needs of race weekends and event activations.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 2-3years of experience in sponsorships, partnership marketing, or brand partnerships
  • Proven track record of negotiating and activating sponsorships that deliver measurable brand and commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to evaluate opportunities based on brand fit, audience quality, and ROI
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, including experience managing contracts and partner expectations
  • Experience working cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into broader marketing initiatives
Preferred Experience
  • Experience within automotive, motorsport, or enthusiast-driven categories
  • Deep understanding of the automotive performance landscape, including key events, series, athletes, and communities
  • Experience operating within a multi-brand or division-based organization
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and content workflows
  • Existing relationships within the motorsport or automotive performance ecosystem
