Common Health Counseling Group is seeking compassionate individuals to become Sponsored Residential Providers. You will live in your own home, provide daily support and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and operate as an independent contractor with guidance from CHCG.

CHCG offers training, licensing guidance, supervision, and a secure documentation system. Compensation is paid at a daily rate based on the individual’s SIS level, with 344 billable days

Qualifications

• Own or rent your home (landlord approval required if renting).
• Must meet Virginia licensing requirements.
• Most homes support one individual; some may support two.

We are seeking individuals who want to share their home and provide care, structure, and compassion to help someone thrive.

As a Sponsor, you will operate in your own home, providing daily support and supervision, while receiving guidance and support from CHCG. This is a contracted opportunity for professional caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact.

• Mayhaveanotherjobdependingonindividualneedsandapprovedbackupstaff.
• Timeoffisallowedwithapprovedbackupor DSP staff.
