Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of awards, perform grant analysis, billing, reporting, and internal control testing, and collaborate with faculty and departments to ensure allowability under OMB Uniform Guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• BA or BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Research Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of grant accounting principles and auditing coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform grant analysis, regulatory research, and audits.
• Manage grant funding lifecycle including billing, postings, reporting, closeouts.
• Ensure compliance with OMB Uniform Guidance and sponsor terms.
• Collaborate with Notre Dame Research and departments on allowability.
• Support enterprise-wide research compliance programs.
