The University of Notre Dame Graduate School has a crucial role in supporting graduate programs and helping ensure that Notre Dame graduate students become a force for good in the world. With many nationally and internationally recognized graduate programs, the Graduate School attracts top scholars from all over the globe. We are looking for someone who is driven, process-minded, and a collaborative partner to achieve the mission and vision of Our Lady's University in advancing graduate studies. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Administration, the Associate Director of Finance will manage graduate student financial support—including the development of annual spending plans for stipends, modeling new initiatives, and reporting—on behalf of the Graduate School and Colleges and serve as a point of contact and resource for all aspects of student financial support. The Associate Director of Finance will serve as the point of contact to the University finance departments and facilitate budgeting, finance, and accounting for the Graduate School. This includes overseeing day-to-day financial operations of the Graduate School, and working with the Director of Operations and Administration on budget and spending reviews and financial planning. The Associate Director of Finance will supervise the Financial Analyst.
