Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; accounting emphasis preferred.
• Work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience in higher education with research compliance and financial administration preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-award accounting and financial oversight for sponsored awards.
• Prepare sponsor-required financial reporting and conduct cost transfers.
• Reconcile expenditures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist with award closeout and internal controls.
• Support departments and PIs throughout the award lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Research Finance team to maintain accurate records.
