Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in research administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, contracts, budgeting, or financial administration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sponsored awards and oversee post-award lifecycle.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and budget projections for PIs and departments.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor regulations and institutional policies.
• Interpret and apply complex regulations, prepare for audits, and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, and research administration to resolve issues.
• Develop tools and templates to standardize post-award processes.
