Kimble Company’s CDL Trainee Program offers a path into professional driving with full tuition paid to an accredited school to earn a Class B license. Trainees will gain hands-on fleet experience and must obtain a Commercial Learners Permit (Class B) within 60 days of hire.

Minimum qualifications include no prior experience, willingness to obtain a CDL, age 21+, and the ability to pass required screenings. Responsibilities cover safety inspections, customer service, route maintenance, and

• Perform pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
