The role involves working at an MUFG office or client sites four days a week, with one remote day. More details will be provided by our recruitment team.
Overall Purpose: To evaluate and underwrite Direct Loans and other credit exposures to Private Equity owned, non-investment grade borrowers, ranging from middle market to large corporates within the Sponsor Finance & Direct Lending business unit. Support the Originations team and Syndication strategies. Manage credit monitoring and borrower relationships.
Primarily a corporate finance role focusing on transaction diligence, structuring, credit analysis, and recommendations. Key functions include risk assessment, structuring, pricing, and active credit management to maximize bank income and minimize credit costs.
The typical base salary range is $200K - $230K, depending on experience and location. Additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered. For more details, refer to our Total Rewards program.
