ICON Strategic Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to monitor and manage clinical trials within a sponsor-dedicated model. You will ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety across study visits, with travel to sites as required.

You will collaborate with investigators and study staff, review data queries, and help prepare study documentation while maintaining ICH-GCP standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports
