Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to support West Coast trials in a sponsor-dedicated model backed by ICON’s global expertise. You will design and analyze trials, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to advancing therapies that benefit patients worldwide.

You will monitor trials, ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety, collaborating with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth study conduct. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
