Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio and drive sales performance. You will execute strategies with clinical knowledge, build strong customer relationships, and manage key accounts within an assigned territory.

The role requires 2+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, a BA/BS, and travel up to 30-40% domestically. A driver’s license is required and you’ll work on-site in the Spokane area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must score highly on disease and product training exams and stay certified annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is required; valid driver's license in good standing.
• Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional activities and drive sales in psychiatry portfolio.
• Develop business plans and account leadership leveraging data-based insights.
• Deliver compelling messages, probe needs, and secure commitments.
• Build productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and Lundbeck policies.
