Global Finishing Solutions is seeking a Service & Preventative Maintenance (SPM) Coordinator to serve as the nerve center for our Service & PM programs, coordinating schedules, supporting customers, and ensuring contracts are fulfilled with precision.

You will connect customers with techs, track service jobs, and manage monthly filter orders, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with technicians, sales, and support staff to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of customer service experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Equivalent hands-on experience: 2 years of experience = 1 year of education
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with people and systems
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and keep projects on track

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance visits
• Schedule and track recurring maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance
• Facilitate customer onboarding into GFS service programs and systems
• Manage monthly filter orders and related service templates

We are seeking a Service & Preventative Maintenance (SPM) Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the central point of coordination for our Service & PM programs managing schedules, supporting customers, and ensuring that preventative maintenance contracts are fulfilled with precision and consistency.

Transparent Rewards

At GFS, we recognize the dedication behind every role and ensure that our compensation reflects both your impact and our shared success.

Pay Range: $19.16 - $24.12 per hour, as applicable, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
