As a Preventative Maintenance Crew Member, you'll be out in the field maintaining and servicing paint booths and finishing systems that are critical to our customers' operations. Your work will focus on preventative maintenance, identifying potential issues before they turn into downtime, and troubleshooting equipment to keep customers productive.
This role is not a desk job—you'll be working directly with the equipment, using your mechanical skills, and collaborating with a team that values hard work, safety, and doing the job right. $22.06 - $27.78 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
