Job summary
Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation and to help teams realize the full potential of the platform across IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI.
Position requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with national recruitment and relocation assistance. Epic offers extensive benefits, stock grants, and opportunities for annual raises and bonuses as part of a comprehensive compensation package.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ year of Splunk Administration experience. Cribl experience is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and technologies. GitLab experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts and technologies. Ansible and Terraform is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain Epic's cloud Splunk installation.
- Help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform.
- Support IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI with Splunk use cases.
- Identify and implement new and impactful use cases for Splunk.
