Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in New Ulm, MN is seeking an Associate Operator, Spray Dry Split for the 3rd shift. You will disassemble, clean and reassemble equipment, perform cleaning and sanitation, and participate in washing and QA sampling.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years packing/compounding experience, GMP/HACCP knowledge, forklift experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive total rewards provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years packing/compounding experience with understanding of special formula instructions.
• Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet up to 90% of the day; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment during wash-ups and reassembly.
• Clean and sanitize rooms as needed; perform HACCP checks and sampling.
• Titrate chemicals as required; participate in washing functions across areas.
• Package product accurately; perform Quality Control checks.
• Move full pallets with a pallet jack; pack powder into bags/super sacs.
• Conduct Quality Control and Safety duties as part of daily tasks.
