Job summary

Two Coast Living in Maryland is seeking a Split Leasing Consultant to be the friendly face helping prospective residents find their perfect apartment.

As the matchmaker and tour guide, you’ll greet guests, show move-in-ready homes with enthusiasm, answer questions, and help turn inquiries into leases. You’ll build trust with current residents to sustain a welcoming community while partnering with your team to hit leasing goals and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • Previous property management leasing or sales experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
