Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant who loves people and can guide prospects from first contact to move-in with energy and care.

You will greet, tour, and assist residents, turning inquiries into leases while maintaining a welcoming community and high service standards. This full-time on-site role offers strong benefits and a commission component.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
• Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes.
