Qualifications

• Experience with production or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good data entry and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate winders, unwinders, calender, and related equipment.
• Inspect material quality and ensure proper roll/splice setup.
• Enter production data into ME and SAP systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and assist with line changeovers.
