Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a merchandising associate to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets on assigned routes, stocking, displaying and rotating products. You will move goods using pallet jacks and document execution with photos.

Requirements include 21+ years old, reliable vehicle with a valid license, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and 0–6 months of general work experience; a High School Diploma is preferred.

• Reliable personal automobile with valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate and maintain products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
