Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• TIPS Training required prior to position start date.

• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• High standard of integrity and reliability.
• Basic computer skills required to participate in online training.
• Ability to work in face-paced and busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: Observe customers and check identification for age verification and monitor to prevent open container issues.
• Deny sale of alcohol or tobacco to underage or intoxicated customers.
• Provide continuous attention to customers' needs and offer product suggestions when appropriate.
• Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Operational Excellence: Stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control.
• Restock and use supplies efficiently to minimize waste and maintain low costs.
• Operate department equipment and cash handling gear accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and report faulty equipment or hazards.
