Responsibilities

• Define sequences of events and create working instructions, manufacturing data sets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material.
• Communicates with engineering teams to influence and clarify design concepts.
• Coordinates change incorporation, optimizes processes, addresses producibility issues, production & post-production problems.
• Has the ability to demonstrate configuration control of the hardware within the manufacturing build plan.
• Apply process knowledge in one or more areas: Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems and Structures.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implements fabrication, assembly, or installation manufacturing plans bycoordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

• Using the established manufacturing process flow, defines sequences of events, develops text and graphics working structions, manufacturing data sets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material.

• Has the ability to demonstrate configuration control of the hardware, within the manufacturing build plan.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of related experience
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Mid-Level (Level 3): 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Active DoD Security Clearance
• Technical Degree
• Clarification and enhancement of existing build plans to promote standardization and ease of understanding
• Frequent interaction with internal personnel in the manufacturing environment and occasionally with inter-organizational personnel and external customers
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models
• Creation and publication of manufacturing graphics
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
• Strong knowledge of SAP

Summary Pay Range - Associate (Level 2): $59,950 - $91,950

Summary Pay Range - Mid-level (Level 3): $71,650 - $109,800

Security Clearance:
