Job summary

Glen Raven Material Solutions, a global leading manufacturer of performance fabrics, is seeking candidates for spinning service positions in North Carolina. The spinning service associate will creel spinning frames and assist with color and lot changes. This is a rotating schedule role with weekend shifts.

We value a team-oriented, safety-first mindset and encourage candidates with textile manufacturing experience. High school diploma preferred and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a textile manufacture preferred.
• High School Diploma Preferred

Responsibilities

• Ability to run textile machines consisting of spinning, winding and creeling
• Cycle assignments and flag spindles that need repair
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions
• Ability to work solo or with a team as needed
• Ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment with ongoing changes/interruptions
• Willing to work a rotating schedule with weekends included
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stretch, push and pull buggies and packages
• Ability to lift and move packages ranging from 5-10 lbs.
• Ability to follow all safety and company policies- SAFETY FIRST
