Job summary

Globus Medical seeks an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, and limited sales responsibilities. You will represent the company in accordance with our quality policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' spine sales experience preferred, or healthcare related sales
• Bachelor's degree in science or business
• Exemplary listening, communication and influence skills
• Willingness to travel, including nights/weekends

Responsibilities

• Gains and expands product knowledge through formal training and surgeon programs
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Conducts calls to promote and service products to customers per plan
• Assists Spine Territory Manager on field calls and address issues
• Participates in field ride-alongs with leaders and expands customer base
• Provides feedback on product development, accounts, sales performance and market trends
• Complies with quality policy, protects confidential information, and completes required training
