Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, and limited sales responsibilities.

You will promote products, conduct sales calls, and help expand the customer base while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential as you interact with surgeons and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years spine sales experience preferred; healthcare or B2B sales considered
• Bachelor's degree in science or business
• Strong listening, communication, and influencing abilities

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through sales training, surgeon programs, surgeries, and research
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Conducts sales calls to promote, sell, and service Globus Medical products and services to customers
• Assist Spine Territory Manager on field calls in assigned geography
• Perform field ride along with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager
• Develop and increase customer base and market share within territory
• Provide feedback on product development, target accounts, sales performance, and market feedback
• Maintain compliance with company policies and confidentiality
• Stay current with compliance training requirements
• Uphold company Code of Conduct and applicable regulations
