Job summary

TRIA Orthopedics' Spine Surgery division is seeking a full-time, certified Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patient-centered care team. You will support a busy spine surgeon, perform first-assist duties, and provide independent clinic care, including post-operative visits and new consults.

Expect a shared call rotation with the spine PA team across TRIA sites. This role requires orthopedic spine or neurosurgical experience and is not suited for new graduates; extensive onboarding

Qualifications

• PA-C with orthopedic spine or neurosurgical experience.
• General orthopedic surgical experience also considered.
• Not suited for new graduates due to level of surgical and independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the surgical spine team with first-assist responsibilities.
• Provide independent patient care in clinic, including post-operative visits and new consults.
• Participate in a shared call rotation with the spine PA team.
• Work primarily at TRIA Shakopee and TRIA Bloomington with cases at partner facilities.
