TRIA Orthopedics’ Spine Surgery division is seeking a full‑time, certified Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patient‑centered care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy, well‑established orthopaedic spine surgeon while working alongside an experienced PA and a strong network of MDs, PAs, NPs, and nursing staff who are deeply committed to team‑based spine care.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key member of the surgical spine team with a strong focus on first‑assist responsibilities, hospital management, and shared rounding.
• Provide independent patient care in clinic, including post‑operative visits, established patient follow‑ups, and new consults.
• Participate in a shared call rotation with the larger surgical spine PA team.
• Work primarily at TRIA Shakopee and TRIA Bloomington, with surgical cases at Methodist Hospital, TRIA Outpatient Surgery Center, and St. Francis Medical Center.

Who We’re Looking For

• A dynamic, motivated PA with orthopaedic spine or neurosurgical experience.
• Candidates with general orthopaedic surgical experience will also be considered.
• This position is not suited for new graduates due to the level of surgical and independent practice required.
